I was really unwell during my stay, and not only did they take amazing care of me, but they also ensured that my 6-year-old daughter had a wonderful time instead of feeling sad. The hospitality & warmth of the staff at the hotel needs to be appreciated. The hotel has two working Restaurants which offer enough choices for a 3 day stay other than a wide spread of buffet breakfast. The front office and housekeeping does a good job interacting with guests. The icing on the cake was the perfect winter weather and surprise snowfall in Srinagar.

We had a pleasant stay at Heevan Retreat Gulmarg, where we spent two nights. The hospitality provided was commendable, and the accommodations were satisfactory. The cuisine was delightful, albeit somewhat pricey. The hotel is ideally located, just a ten-minute walk from the cable car. In winter, the surroundings resemble a paradise.

I am a senior correspondent of national daily Punjab Kesari. I stayed at Heevan Villas Hotel. I think this is the best hotel in Sonmarg. The food and staff here are so good that I travel all over the world but I have never enjoyed anywhere else the way I did here. Nasir working at the front desk of the hotel and Latif and Ehsaan among the staff made me feel in such a way that these days of my New Year proved to be unforgettable.

Nice hotel with superb river view. Food is amazing and especially cafe Wilo is remarkable and picturesque. Hygiene is top notch and their staff is outstanding. I will give 8/10. Property is located right near the river and market is also 1 km away.

Heeven Pahalgam is a scenic hotel with breath-taking views of snow-capped mountains right from the large windows of your room. The hospitality at the restaurant was excellent, and a special shout out to Atiqullah for his exceptional service. The hotel also has a picturesque café, Café Wilo, where the food was absolutely amazing. The menu offers great variety, and the service there is just as impressive. A perfect place for a serene getaway!
